Millions of German peoples have been expelled from their homes. However, due to the economic stress caused by attempting to move so many people, combined with German resistance to expulsion, has led to the expulsions not being particularly thorough, leaving large German populations in Poland and the Sudetenland. Germany, etc), the East Germans, including those in Poland and Czechia, revolted against their government. The USSR responded by sending in their army and putting down the revolt in 1-2 weeks. If they had not, the East German government would have most likely been overthrown, and could have inspired other ethnic groups under the Soviet bloc to rise up as well.

However, its activation timeline was indefinitely postponed. The Japanese government was forced to relocate to Osaka. Tens of millions have been displaced, and because of this, the ongoing Japanese housing vacancy crisis has been solved, and a new crisis in the form of a lack of housing has started.
